After signup you'll be prompted to confirm your agency name. This appears across your dashboard and in team invite emails.
2
Connect your first Fanvue account

3
Invite your team
Head to Team → Invite Member. Add chatters and managers — they'll receive a setup email automatically.
4

Click Assign on any chatter to choose which Fanvue accounts they can access.
5
Configure commission
In Earnings & Payouts, click the ⚙️ gear icon to set your agency's commission rate and base (gross or net).
ℹ️
No credit card required to get started. Connect accounts and explore the platform before upgrading.
🔗 Accounts
Connecting Fanvue accounts
Mappa Pro connects via Fanvue's official OAuth 2.0 API. Your creator passwords are never stored — only encrypted tokens.
How it works
Mappa Pro uses Fanvue's official OAuth authorization flow — the same secure method used by major platforms. When you connect an account, you're redirected to Fanvue's official login page. After you authorize, Fanvue sends a token back which we encrypt and store securely. Your password never touches our servers.
✅
You never share the creator's Fanvue password with Mappa Pro. Authorization happens entirely on Fanvue's own page.
Connecting an account
1
Go to Accounts
Click Accounts in the left sidebar.
2
Click "Add Account"
You'll be redirected to Fanvue's OAuth login page.
3
Log in on Fanvue
Enter the creator's Fanvue credentials and approve the connection.
4
Account appears in dashboard
You're redirected back and the account starts syncing revenue and fan data immediately.
Account health monitoring
The Accounts tab shows a System Health card per account with:
- Token status (valid / expired)
- Last sync timestamp
- Unread message count
- Follow-up needed count
- Pending outbound messages
Reconnecting after expiry
If a Fanvue account's password changes, the token is invalidated. You'll see a red reconnect banner at the top of the app. Click Reconnect on the affected account to go through the OAuth flow again.
⚠️
If a creator changes their Fanvue password, you'll need to reconnect their account. Existing data is preserved.
Pending invites
The Accounts tab also shows Pending Invites — Fanvue account invites you've sent but that haven't been accepted yet. You can cancel or track expiry dates from this table.

Open Team tab
Click Team in the sidebar.
2
Click "Invite Member"
Enter first name, last name, email, and select role: Chatter, Manager, or Owner.

4
Assign accounts
Once they've joined, click Assign on their profile to select which Fanvue accounts they can access.
💡
Chatters only see conversations for accounts they're assigned to. They cannot see revenue, team settings, or other accounts.

- Edit role or remove a member at any time
- Reassign accounts without removing the member
- Resend invite if the email wasn't received

Next →Unified inbox
📥 Inbox
Unified inbox
All fan conversations across every connected Fanvue account — in one place, with no tab-switching.
How it works
The inbox syncs all fan conversations from every account assigned to you. Messages appear sorted by most recent. Each thread shows the fan's name, avatar, which creator account it belongs to, the last message, and an unread indicator.
Filtering & sorting
Use the controls at the top of the inbox to:
- Sort by: Most recent, Oldest first, Alphabetical, Most spent, Least spent
- Filter by: All conversations, Mine (your assigned only), or a saved custom filter
- Search by fan name across all conversations
- Save filter presets — create named rule sets and apply them with one click
The conversation view
Inside a conversation you can see the full message thread with timestamps and PPV indicators. The right panel shows the fan's profile — spend history, subscription status, and notes — without leaving the conversation.
The fan detail panel
The right sidebar inside every conversation shows:
- Fan avatar, display name, and handle
- Lifetime spend and last purchase date
- Total PPV revenue and average PPV price
- Total tips and average tip amount
- Subscription status, cost, duration, and auto-renewal
- PPV purchase history (full list in modal)
- Custom nickname and saved notes
- Follow-up flag
💡
The fan detail panel gives chatters the context they need to personalize messages and maximize revenue — without leaving the inbox.

Next →Mass messages
📣 Messaging
Mass messages
Broadcast a message to a fan list — smart lists or custom lists — across any connected account.
How mass messages work
Mass messages let you send one message to a large segment of fans at once. You can target smart lists (built from fan behavior like subscription status or spend tier) or custom lists you've created manually.
Sending a mass message
1
Open Mass Messages
Click the broadcast icon in the inbox toolbar or access it from the account menu.
2
Select a list
Choose one or more fan lists to target. The estimated reach count is shown.
3
Compose your message
Write the message, optionally attach media from Vault, and set PPV pricing if relevant.
4
Send
The broadcast is sent through Fanvue's API. Each fan receives it as a direct message.
⚠️
Mass messages are sent to real fans and cannot be undone. Double-check your list selection and message content before sending.

⏱️ Team
Chatter clock-in & performance
Track every shift, message, and dollar your chatters generate — automatically.
Clocking in and out
Chatters click the clock icon in the sidebar to start and end shifts. The system records:
- Shift duration — total minutes worked per session
- Messages sent — every message logged automatically in the background
- PPV sent & revenue — count and dollar value of PPV content sent this shift
- Fans messaged — unique fan count per shift
- Average response time — seconds to first reply on each inbound message
💡
If a chatter forgets to clock out, the system automatically closes the open session when they clock in for their next shift.
Performance cards (owners/managers)
In Earnings & Payouts, each chatter gets a card with two groups:
- Revenue: Gross · Net · Commission · PPV Revenue
- Activity: PPV Sent · Hours Worked · Shifts · Messages Sent
A Live / Offline badge shows whether the chatter is currently clocked in.
Chatter's own view
Chatters can see their personal KPIs in the Earnings & Payouts tab — their own stats only. No revenue figures or other team members' data is visible to them.
Filtering by period
Performance stats can be filtered by: 7 days, 30 days, this month, this year, or all time.
← PreviousRoles & permissions
Next →Commission tracking
💸 Team
Commission tracking
Set a rate once, and Mappa Pro auto-calculates every chatter's commission from real Fanvue revenue.
Configuring your commission rate
In Earnings & Payouts, click the ⚙️ gear icon on the Commission card:
- Base toggle — choose Gross (before Fanvue's platform fee) or Net (after fee)
- Rate slider — 0% to 100%
Settings are saved per-device and apply immediately to all calculations on the screen.
How commission is calculated
For each chatter: Commission = PPV Revenue (gross or net) × Rate
The result is shown on their performance card and updates live when you adjust the rate or change the period.
ℹ️
Payout balance (available + pending) shows "Coming soon" — Fanvue does not currently expose wallet balance through their public API. This will update automatically when Fanvue makes it available.

🧠 Fan Intelligence
Fan profiles & spend data
Every fan across your accounts has a profile. Know what they spend, how they subscribe, and what content they buy.
What's in a fan profile
Visible inside every inbox conversation (right panel) and in the fan detail view:
- Lifetime spend — total gross spend on the creator
- Last purchase — date and amount of most recent transaction
- Days since last active
- PPV stats — total PPV revenue, average price, full purchase history
- Tip stats — total tips and average tip
- Subscription info — status (Active/Expired/None), cost, duration, auto-renewal
- Fan type badge — Subscriber, Free Follower, Supporter, etc.
✅
Use a fan's PPV history when deciding how to price your next PPV send. Consistent buyers often respond to higher-priced premium content.

- Identify fans most likely to purchase premium PPV
- Track whether your top spenders are staying engaged over time
- Use the per-account dropdown to see top fans for a specific creator

📋 Fan Intelligence
Nicknames, notes & follow-ups
Add context to any fan — private nicknames, free-form notes, and follow-up flags to ensure no lead goes cold.
Custom nicknames
In the fan detail panel inside any conversation, you can set a custom nickname for the fan. This is a private label visible only to your team — not to the fan. It's useful for remembering who's who without relying on Fanvue display names.
Notes
The Notes field in the fan panel is a free-text area for anything your team needs to remember about that fan — their preferences, what content they like, when they last bought PPV, etc. Notes auto-save as you type.
Follow-up flags
Mark any fan with a follow-up flag to surface them in your filter presets. This ensures high-priority fans don't get lost in a full inbox. You can create inbox filter presets that show only flagged conversations.
💡
Nicknames and notes are visible to all chatters assigned to that account — so your whole team stays on the same page about each fan.

- Authenticated requests — Every request between your browser and our backend is authenticated and verified.
- Organization-level data isolation — Users can only access data belonging to their own organization.
- Server-side role enforcement — Permissions are enforced on the server. Access cannot be escalated from the browser.
