You don't pick a plan — we do it for you. When you sign up, we look at each creator profile's monthly earnings and automatically place them in the right tier. As earnings grow, the tier adjusts accordingly. All features are included at every level, so there's nothing to unlock.
Yes. Mappa Pro connects to Fanvue through their official OAuth integration. You authorize each account with a single click on Fanvue's own login page — we never store passwords or credentials. Tokens are encrypted and auto-refreshed.
There's no limit on the number of creators or team members. You're billed per creator profile, not per seat — so add as many chatters and managers as your agency needs at no extra cost.
You're invoiced on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage, with payment due by the 5th. Billing is calculated per creator based on their gross earnings for that period.

Mappa Pro has four role types: Owners have full access including billing, commission settings, and all analytics. Managers can manage accounts, scripts, team members, and view revenue for their assigned creators. Chatters can message fans, send PPV, use scripts and vault, and see their own performance KPIs. Models (optional) are external creators who can view their own revenue stats without seeing team data.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings and you won't be charged again.
Security is a top priority. All account connections use Fanvue's official authorization flow — we never store passwords. Tokens are encrypted, and we never access or share your creators' data with third parties.
